Health Management Consulting (HMC) provides:
- consultation to all assisted living facilities and homes.
- management consulting to the owners or managers for any pending or ongoing personnel or resident issues.
- initial resident evaluations and service plans according to state regulations. This includes regular updates and consultation with family members or resident representatives to assure continuity of care and quality service to the resident of assisted living.
- consultation concerning adherence to the rules and regulations of assisted living.
And HMC provides family consultation and education on the diseases of aging. Mediation with families and/or management available as needed.
